These high-performance sterile bags consist of three layers, with a middle filter layer of finely perforated polyethylene that allows for smooth separation of solids and liquids during blending. The integral filter ensures that the liquid sample passes through cleanly while retaining solid particles on one side, therefore making pipetting efficient, consistent, and without any contamination. Each filter layer is heat-sealed into the bags sides and bottom to make it strong, leak-resistant, and flexible enough to be used in standard laboratory blenders. The design of this product allows for sample introduction from either side of the filter, thus giving it versatility in sample handling.
