THP Antibody B-5 is a mouse monoclonal IgG 2a Io provided at 200 Amug/ml specific for an epitope mapping between amino acids 371-390 within an internal region of THP of mouse origin recommended for detection of THP of mouse and rat origin by WB, IP, IF and ELISA m-IgG Fc BP-HRP and m-IgG 2a BP-HRP are the preferred secondary detection reagents for THP Antibody B-5 for WB applications.
