Description

TB Green Solution contains a DNA intercalating dye that binds to double-stranded DNA, resulting in strong fluorescence upon binding. Its excitation and emission spectra are compatible with FAM detection channels, enabling real-time fluorescence monitoring and melting curve analysis in loop-mediated isothermal amplification LAMP assays.
