Description
Stop Solution is recommended for use with the Matched antibody pair kits for sandwich ELISA. See our for a protocol. Stop Solution is supplied ready to use and is required for the stopping the action of horseradish peroxidase on the tetramethylbenzidine TMB substrate in an ELISA. When the TMB-peroxidase reaction is stopped using Stop Solution for TMB Substrates, the chromogen changes from blue to yellow and hence the absorbance from 620 nm to 450 nm.The Stop Solution is also avaialble as part of our Matched Antibody Pair Kit Accessory Pack ab210905 .
