Description

SPINeasy DNA Kit for Tissue without Lysing Matrix is a high-performance genomic DNA gDNA extraction kit which combines silica column binding and enzymatic disruption of tissue samples in 60 minutes. The addition of proteinase K allows a more efficient and complete digestion of any tissue type. Homogenizing time is greatly reduced while substantially increasing the gDNA yield and purity. The kit is validated for tissue samples of fatty, tough, and fibrous samples, and suitable for downstream applications such as PCR and qPCR.
