Sodium Bis Trimethylsilyl amide Solution is the sodium salt of Hexamethyldisilazane H296700 , used in the preparation of 5azacytidine, an antineoplastic drug. Also used in the preparation of beta3AR agonists used in antistress formulations. Also used in the synthesis of glycosidase inhibitors doxymannojirimycin and swainsonine.
