The SETD2 CRISPR Knockout RCJ-41T1 Stable Cell Line is a genetically engineered human tumor cell model in which the SETD2 gene has been disrupted using CRISPR/Cas9 technology. SETD2 is a critical histone methyltransferase involved in chromatin modification, transcription regulation, and DNA damage repair. This stable knockout line provides a robust platform for investigating epigenetic regulation, genome stability, tumorigenesis, and drug response in human cancer cells. Derived from the RCJ-41T1 tumor line, these cells are adherent, proliferative, and suitable for functional genomics, preclinical research, and mechanistic studies of SETD2 loss-of-function.
