Background:Leucine-Rich Repeat Transmembrane Protein FLRT3 (FLRT3) is a member of the fibronectin leucine rich transmembrane protein (FLRT) family. Proteins in this family play an role in cell adhesion and/or receptor signalling. FLRT3 is a single-pass type I membrane protein and contains one fibronectin type-III domain, ten LRR (leucine-rich) repeats, one LRRCT domain, and one LRRNT domain. FLRT3 may have a function in cell adhesion and/or receptor signaling.
