Description

For measuring the expansion in volume of edible oils and fats over a temperature range within which melting takes place | Dilatometer body is graduated with an arbitrary scale, from 0 - 0.9 ml | Graduated at every 0.005 ml with clear figures every 0.05 ml | Chamber is filled with oil or fat and the meniscus should be settled on zero when the stopper is in place at starting temperature | Interchangeable stopper has open top to allow weighting with steel balls etc.
