pTK-Hyg Vector

Description

Selection vector which confers hygromycin resistance in mammalian cells for the selection of stably transformed cells. This vector does not contain any enhancer elements and therefore is ideal for use in developing double-stable Tet-Off or Tet-On cell lines because it prevents the unwanted activation of pTRE- and pBI-derived plasmids upon cointegration into the host cells genome.
