pmRaspberry encodes mRaspberry, a mutant derived from the tetramericDiscosomasp. red fluorescent protein, DsRed. In this vector, the mRaspberry coding sequence is flanked by MCS regions, making it easy to excise the gene for use in other cloning applications. pmRaspberry is primarily intended to serve as a source of mRaspberry cDNA.
