PD-1/PD-L1-IN-51 Compound III-4 is a PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitor IC50: 2.9 nM for hPD-L1 . PD-1/PD-L1-IN-51 directly binds to PD-L1 to block the interaction between PD-1/PD-L1 and enhances IFN-? release. PD-1/PD-L1-IN-51 has tumor inhibitory activity.
