Description

The Native Diphtheria Toxin mutated G52E ab188505 was highly purified from growth media of the Corynebacterium diphtheriae mutant as mostly unnicked form. Diphtheria Toxin mutated G52E , also known as CRM197, is a non-toxic mutant of Diphtheria toxin C. diphtheriae . CRM197 is able to bind to the HB-EGF Heparin-Binding EGF-like Growth Factor receptor. Ensure the validity of your result using our native Diphtheria Toxin CRM197 protein as a control in western blot and SDS-PAGE. Check out our protein gel staining guide for SDS-PAGE here Check out of western blot protocol for more information here Check out our ELISA protocol for more information here.
