Description
This human cell line stably expresses single guide RNA sgRNA targeting an early exon of MAPRE1 microtubule-associated protein RP/EB family member 1 . Cas9 expression is induced by the presence of doxycycline enabling inducible knockout of the gene of interest. A PiggyBac transposon system was used to introduce Cas9 while guide RNAs were introduced using lentiviral infection.
