Description

Mouse IgG3 k is purified from clarified mouse FLOPC 21 ascites using multi-step procedures which may include salt fractionation, gel filtration, ion-exchange chromatography, affinity chromatography and immunoabsorption. The product is dialyzed into 0.02 M Tris, 0.15 M sodium chloride, pH 8.1, filtered through a 0.22 mum filter and vialed.
