Fibronectin FN , a large modular glycoprotein generates a polymeric fibrillar network in the extracellular matrix and forms soluble disulfide linked dimeric protomers in plasma and other body fluids. It serves as a ligand for many molecules including fibrin, heparin, chondroitin sulfate, collagen/ gelatin and integrins. CF100 is a human fibronectin isolated from human plasma lyophilized from 100mM CAPS, 0.15M NaCl, 1mM calcium chloride solution, pH 11.0.
