Storage buffer: 120 mul in TE Buffer pH 8.0 10mM TrisHCl, 0.1mM EDTA Concentration: 5nM for each Probe Use this Probe R as explained in the GeoMx DSP nCounter Readout User Manual from NanoString www.nanostring.com/geomx-online-user-manual . Each 120 mul of Probe R Mix is sufficient for 12 slides at 48 regions of interest per slide, or 576 total regions of interest.
