The dC(Bz) CE Phosphoramidite is used for nucleic acid synthesis on ABI DNA Synthesizers. Standard series of phosphoramidite deprotects in 6-8 hours at 55C.-cyanoethyl phosphoramidites are for use on ABI synthesizers to guarantee you high quality nucleic acid synthesis.
