CD16 Antibody B-E16 is a mouse monoclonal IgG 2a provided at 100 Amug/ml raised against natrual killer cells recommended for detection of CD16-A and CD16-B of human origin by WB, IP and FCM available conjugated to phycoerythrin for IF, IHC P and FCM See CD16 DJ130c : sc-20052 for CD16 antibody conjugates, including AC, HRP, FITC, PE, Alexa Fluor A 488, 594, 647, 680 and 790. At present, we have not yet completed the identification of the preferred secondary detection reagent s for CD16 Antibody B-E16 . This work is in progress.
