Description

BGJb Medium Fitton-Jackson Modification is a basal medium used for the growth and calcification of fetal bones. Supplementation is required, most commonly with 10 % fetal bovine serum FBS for cell culture use, and requires a 5-10 % CO2 environment to maintain physiological pH.
