Flow cytometric analysis of CD44 expression on human peripheral blood lymphocytes. Whole blood was stained with either Purified Mouse Anti-Human CD44 Cat. No. 555476, solid line histogram or Purified Mouse IgG2b Isotype Control Cat. No. 555740, dashed line histogram , followed by FITC Goat Anti-Mouse IgG/IgM Cat. No. 555988, both histograms . The erythrocytes were lysed with BD FACS Lysing Solution Cat. No. 349202 . Flow cytometry was performed on a BD FACScan Flow Cytometry System.
