Description

Flow cytometric analysis of CD66b expression on human peripheral blood granulocytes. Whole blood was stained with either Alexa Fluor 647 Mouse Anti-Human CD66b antibody Cat. No. 561645; solid line histogram or with an Alexa Fluor 647 Mouse IgM, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 560806; dashed line histogram . The erythrocytes were lysed with BD PharmLyse Lysing Buffer Cat. No. 555899 . The fluorescence histograms were derived from events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable granulocytes. Flow cytometry was performed using a BD LSR II Flow Cytometer System. Flow cytometric analysis of CD66b expression on human peripheral blood granulocytes.
