Description

Flow cytometric analysis of CD45 expression on Mouse splenic lymphocytes. BALB/c Mouse splenic leukocytes were preincubated with Purified Rat Anti-Mouse CD16/CD32 antibody Mouse BD Fc Block Cat. No. 553142 . The cells were then stained with either BD Horizon RB670 Rat IgG2b, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 571954; dashed line histogram or BD Horizon RB670 Rat Anti-Mouse CD45 antibody Cat. No. 571961/571962; solid line histogram at 0.5 mug/test. The fluorescence histogram showing CD45 expression or Ig Isotype control staining was derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable lymphocytes. Samples were acquired using a BD FACSymphony A5 SE Cell Analyzer and analyzed using FlowJo v10.10 Software. Data shown on this Technical Data Sheet are not lot specific.
