Flow cytometric analysis of CD273 PD-L2 expression on viable Human monocyte-derived mature dendritic cells. Human monocyte-derived mature dendritic cells were stained with either BD Horizon R718 Mouse IgG1, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 566928; dashed line histogram or BD Horizon R718 Mouse Anti-Human CD273 PD-L2 antibody Cat. No. 570058/570139; solid line histogram . DAPI Solution Cat. No. 564907 was added to cells right before analysis. The fluorescence histogram showing CD273 PD-L2 expression or Ig Isotype control staining was derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable DAPI-negative cells. Flow cytometry and data analysis were performed using a BD LSRFortessa X-20 Cell Analyzer System and FlowJo Software.
