The cells were then stained with PE Hamster Anti-Mouse CD3e antibody Cat. No. 553063/553064/561824 and with either BD Horizon BUV395 Rat IgG2a, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 563556; Left Plot or with BD Horizon BUV395 Rat Anti-Mouse CD103 antibody Cat. No. 568715; Right Plot at 0.5 mug/test. BD Via-Probe Cell Viability 7-AAD Solution Cat. No. 555815/555816 was added to cells right before analysis. The bivariate pseudocolor density plot showing the correlated expression of CD103 or Ig Isotype Control staining versus CD3e was derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable 7-AAD-negative leucocytes.
